Experience Required
- 10+ years in Orthopaedic Medical Devices
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional business growth and market expansion across Jalandhar and Ludhiana
- Lead, coach and develop Territory Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Customer Service Representatives (where applicable)
- Execute regional sales strategies aligned with zonal business objectives
- Strengthen strategic partnerships with KOLs, hospitals, dealers and channel partners
- Drive adoption of Joint Replacement Implants and Orthopaedic Robotic Solutions
- Ensure execution excellence, commercial discipline and sustainable business growth
