Regional Manager – DDU-GKY Project 2.0

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to manage and monitor the implementation of the DDU-GKY Project 2.0 across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for project operations, team management, training centre performance, mobilization, placement, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall DDU-GKY project operations across the assigned region.
- Monitor Training Centres, mobilization, training, assessment, certification, and placement activities.
- Drive achievement of project targets and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Lead and manage regional/field teams and review their performance.
- Coordinate with government officials, employers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor placement, joining, and post-placement retention.
- Review MIS, reports, and project performance regularly.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular field/centre visits and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.

Eligibility




- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification in Management, Rural Development, Social Work, or related field will be preferred.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in DDU-GKY, skill development, rural development, vocational training, or government-funded projects.
- Experience in managing multiple Training Centres and field teams will be preferred.
- Strong communication, team management, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, State Skill Development Mission, DAY-NRLM, NULM, or similar government-funded skill development projects will be preferred.
