Job Summary

We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Manager in Broking Channel in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

Responsibilities

- Handling a team of 3 to 5 Area Managers.

- Source, evaluate, and onboard high-performing intermediaries, including Insurance Brokers, Corporate Agents (CA), and Insurance Marketing Firms (IMF).

- Relationship Management.

- Maintain periodic and strategic engagement with the executive hierarchies of mapped intermediaries to boost business mindshare, Field Support.

- Recruit, deploy, and scale the field sales and support teams within the allocated annual regional budget.

- Conduct structured performance evaluations of the sales team, tracking key metrics and providing strategic course corrections.

- Run strict compliance checkups and due diligence to maintain business quality and manage potential business leakage.

- Strictly monitor and track renewal business collection to meet or exceed established corporate persistency benchmarks.
