Job Summary

We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Manager in Banca Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Companies.

Job Responsibilities

- Managing a team of 3-5 Area Managers.

- Further, team of Area Managers will be handling team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers.

- Manage channel relationship, influence ensure delivery of annual target from the channels.

- Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with Sales heads leading to continuous business development

- Study competitor activities formulate strategies to achieve maximum market share.

- Conduct business development activities through effective utilization of zonal budgeting system.

- Drive business to ensure optimum potential utilization of the relationship/vertical.

- Maintain appropriate channel partner satisfaction on support provided by the sales team to ensure zero escalations.

- Ensure intra inter departmental collaboration to close issues related to proposal processing.

- Adhere to statutory and regulatory norms.
