1. REGIONAL MANAGER

Locations: Thrissur | Palakkad | Calicut | Kannur

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop business across the assigned region.

Lead and motivate Area Managers, Business Managers and sales teams.

Achieve regional business and revenue targets.

Develop new markets and strengthen existing business relationships.

Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews.

Recruit, train and guide sales personnel.

Ensure proper customer acquisition and business development.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Prepare regular performance reports for management.

1. AREA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities Manage business operations within the assigned area.

Lead and supervise Business Managers and sales executives.

Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Identify current business opportunities and market potential.

Conduct field visits and monitor team activities.

Recruit and train sales team members.





Maintain customer relationships and support customer acquisition.

Submit regular performance reports to the Regional Manager.

Eligibility

2+ years of area-handling experience preferred.

Experience in Liability Products / NBFC / Society / Nidhi / Finance preferred.

Graduate/MBA/PG preferred.

Good communication and leadership skills.

1. BUSINESS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities Develop new business and generate leads.

Achieve assigned monthly sales/business targets.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Guide and support BDM/BDE team members.

Conduct field visits and customer meetings.

Follow up with prospective customers.

Prepare daily/weekly business reports.

Ensure quality business generation and customer service.

Eligibi

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
