To conduct laboratory testing, quality control, product development, troubleshooting, and technical support for concrete admixture products across the assigned region. The role involves testing raw materials and finished products, supporting concrete trials, investigating customer/site complaints, and ensuring products meet specified quality and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform chemical and physical testing of concrete admixtures, raw materials, and finished products.
- Conduct laboratory evaluation of admixture performance in cement, mortar, and concrete systems.
- Carry out trial mixes and performance evaluations for current and existing admixture products.
- Monitor product quality against approved specifications and test methods.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory test reports, COAs, test records, and quality documentation.
- Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and field performance problems and provide technical inputs.
- Support regional technical teams during concrete trials, admixture optimization, and customer demonstrations.




- Evaluate compatibility between admixtures, cement, supplementary cementitious materials,and other concrete ingredients.
- Conduct dosage optimization to achieve required workability, setting time, strength, slump retention, and other concrete performance parameters.
- Assist in new product development, reformulation, and benchmarking against competitor products.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, chemicals, standards, and testing instruments.
- Ensure laboratory activities comply with applicable SOPs, safety requirements, and relevant ASTM/EN/IS standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, R&D;, technical service, and sales teams to resolve product-related issues.
- Provide technical training and laboratory support to regional technical/service personnel when required.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow laboratory chemical handling and safety procedures.
