Job Summary

We have an urgent opening for the position of Regional Head in Variable Agency Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

Responsibilities

- Handling a team of 3 to 5 Branch Heads and Agency Partners.

- Lead and grow the Variable Agency business for the assigned region.

- Achieve regional sales targets, including Annual Premium Equivalent (APE), revenue, and profitability.

- Drive advisor recruitment, activation, productivity, and persistency.

- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, and customers. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and company policies.

- Collaborate with HR, Training, Marketing, and Operations to improve business outcomes.

- Develop regional business strategies to increase market share and expand distribution.

- Ability to analyze business data and make strategic decisions.

- Monitor business performance using MIS reports and implement corrective action plans.
