We have an urgent openings for the position of Regional Head with most of the leading life Insurance companies in Banca Vertical.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling a team of 3-5 Area Managers, who will further handle Branch Managers and Sales Managers.
- Managing region portfolio of channel partners/Bank Branches.
- Develop sustain relationship across all channel partner key stake holders right from national leadership to branch level, ensuring all support items, value addition, structured training governance meets in place across geographies to over achieve key elements business objectives.
- Business planning execution excellence with channel partner to achieve benchmark unit penetration, value penetration, loan coverage ratio
- Strategizing over all business plan and field activities/drives with senior management of channel partners.
- Building productive sales structure with concrete review mechanisms sales management process to improve market share over achieve annual plan for Business.
- Ensuring healthy product mix delivery persistency targets across all channel partners.
