A leading fashion retail brand is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) business across East India. The role involves driving revenue, expanding retail footprint, and ensuring operational excellence across West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and the North Eastern states.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all EBOs in the region

- Monitor KPIs including sell-through, average bill value, and conversion rates

- Ensure smooth store operations aligned with SOPs and brand standards

- Lead and develop a team of Area Managers, Store Managers, and retail staff (team size: 500+)

- Identify and execute new store rollouts in collaboration with Projects & BD teams

- Manage vendor relationships, mall partnerships,



and property negotiations

- Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and customer experience initiatives

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain)

- Provide regular business updates and MIS reports to the leadership

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA with 1522 years of experience in retail operations

- Proven track record in managing EBO formats across East India

- Solid leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills

- Experience in scaling retail businesses and leading large teams

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
