Role Description The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring activities for various roles within The Chennai Silks, ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely and effective manner. This full-time, in office role based in Tiruppur includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers. The role involves managing job postings, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting onboarding and initial training coordination.

Specialist will also collaborate with HR to improve recruitment processes,



support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Able to Work White Collar and Blue Collar Requirements
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidate fit and interact with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding coordination skills to support new team members joining the organization.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborating with store and HR teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or textiles, and familiarity with basic HR practices will be beneficial.
