Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Professional / Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination and hiring closure.

The role will be responsible for managing multiple vacancies across functions and levels, partnering with Hiring Managers and ensuring quality hiring within defined Recruitment TATs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to candidate joining.
- Partner with HODs and Hiring Managers to understand job descriptions, competencies and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, stability, role fit and compensation.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, salary discussions, offers and joining formalities.
- Ensure positions are closed within approved Recruitment TATs.
- Maintain updated Recruitment MIS / Hiring Tracker covering vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, joining and ageing.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Manage recruitment consultants and monitor source effectiveness.
- Track key recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, vacancy ageing,



source effectiveness and recruitment cost.
- Ensure regular candidate and stakeholder follow-up for timely closure.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
- 36 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and multi-level recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work with defined hiring TATs.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Recruitment MIS and HR systems.
- Proactive, organised and result-oriented with strong ownership for hiring closure.Role & responsibilities

- Postgraduate in Human Resources /Psychology/ Healthcare Management or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience in end-to-end hiring.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work with defined hiring TATs.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Recruitment MIS and HR systems.
- Proactive, organised and result-oriented with solid ownership for hiring closure.
