We’re looking for a dynamic & target-driven IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals & databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Handle salary negotiations and support offer rollouts
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers & talent pipelines
- Work towards assigned hiring targets and deadlines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- What We’re Looking For




- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment experience
- Proven experience in successfully closing positions
- Strong sourcing, screening & candidate engagement skills
- Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn & Indeed
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools

Preferred experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm will be an advantage.
