Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Lead with strong hands-on experience in Blue Collar, Volume Hiring and Mass Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment operations, leading recruiters, developing sourcing channels and ensuring timely closure of bulk manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end blue-collar and mass recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and ensure daily productivity and hiring targets.
- Handle high-volume recruitment through job portals, referrals, vendors, field recruitment, WhatsApp, social media and local sourcing channels.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar candidates.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track interviews, selections, offers, joining and onboarding status.
- Drive joining ratios and minimize candidate dropouts and no-shows.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external sourcing partners.
- Monitor recruiter performance through daily/weekly MIS and hiring reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates until joining.
- Ensure timely closure of urgent and bulk manpower requirements.




- Identify new sourcing channels to improve candidate flow and hiring efficiency.
- Handle escalations related to candidate availability, joining, documentation and recruitment operations.

Must Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Staffing.
- Mandatory experience in Blue Collar / Mass / Volume Hiring.
- Experience in handling bulk manpower requirements.
- Experience managing or mentoring a team of recruiters.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and recruitment channels.
- Good understanding of joining coordination, candidate engagement and dropout control.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Experience Candidates from Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, Manpower Outsourcing, Facility Management, Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, E-commerce, BPO or other high-volume hiring environments will be preferred.
