- Very robust in portals: LinkedIn/ Naukri
- Sourcing CVs for designated clients

- Validating the CVs

- Evaluating their eligibility

- Expectation Management
- Convincing them about the role & the employer

- Revenue Generation
- Ensure that a certain amount of revenue is generated Freshers with interest and a minimum idea about recruitment are also welcome.
