6 days (Saturdays are half days and work from home post Probation Period of 3 months)
- Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM (Reporting time: 09:30 AM)
- The laptop is to be used of own; Office shall provide an official Mobile phone and a SIM card

Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment of all the open positions of the company
- Tech/Engineering / Product/Database/DevOps positions
- Go-To-Market /Marketing/ Central function positions
- Presales / Technical Consultants
- Hospitals and Hospitality Sector Openings
- Manufacturing, Electronics,



and Industrial Sector Openings
- ​​Understand the requirements in detail
- Prepare the JD as per the template of the company
- Sourcing: Use different sourcing techniques to hire skilled resources. Be well-versed with the usage of various job portals and the use of social media platforms for hiring
- Screening: Responsible for evaluating the candidate on Fitment, Skills, and behavior before sharing it for further processing.
- Interview: Implement effective interviewing techniques, Schedule and follow up with the interview schedule candidates.
- Selection and Documentation: Follow up with the candidates once they are selected for the role, gather the needed information and documents.
- Offer and Joining Follow-up: Follow up with the client for the offer letter and the candidate for accepting and joining.
- Responsible for reducing the recruitment cycle time by hiring suitable candidates with shorter notice periods, etc…
- Should build long-term working relations with external companies and leverage performance to get more requisitions from companies.
- Be strong in negotiation.
- Build a positive success story by working and achieving the recruitment metrics.
- Creative thinking capability - Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.

- Demonstrated, strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; very adaptive, innovative, and results-driven approach.

Experience
- 0 - 3 years of experience in End to End Recruitment.
- Experience from staffing companies is preferred.

CTC: Freshers: Rs. 3,33,000/- - 3,57,000/-
- Fixed CTC: 2,16,000/- PA. i.e. Rs. 18,000/- PM as Take Home For Bachelor's Degree
- Fixed CTC: 2,40,000/- PA i.e. Rs. 20,000/- PM as Take Home for Masters Degree

Additionals:
- Annual Retention Bonus of Rs. 15,000/-
- Probation Completion Bonus of Rs. 2000/-
- Variable Pay of Rs. 1,00,000/-

Experience: Based on the Interview Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
