Proven experience in Recruitment Coordination, Candidate Experience, Talent Acquisition

Operations, Recruitment Administration, or HR Operations.

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.

Experience coordinating interviews and hiring activities across multiple countries or business functions.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and scheduling platforms.

Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume recruitment coordination activities.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience supporting recruitment process governance, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, consistency, and service delivery.





Experience supporting regional or global recruitment teams within a matrixed environment.

Experience working across APAC markets is preferred.

Knowledge of employment and hiring practices across key APAC countries such as Australia, Current

Zealand, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, and Hong Kong is advantageous.

Experience supporting recruitment transformation, process standardization, or scalable hiring operations is desirable.

Working knowledge of Workday, Phenom, or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
