We are looking for a proactive AEC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Architecture, Engineering, BIM, CAD, MEP, Structural, and related technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, salary, and availability

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups

- Build a strong pipeline for recurring and niche AEC positions

- Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring performance

Key skill sets

- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the AEC/BIM/Engineering Services industry

- Understanding of profiles such as Architects, BIM Modelers/Coordinators, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, CAD professionals, and Interior Designers is preferred

- Excellent English communication skills

- Expertise in sourcing, negotiation, and coordination skills

- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and headhunting techniques

- Ability to work with ownership and a proactive approach
