We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities across various job portals and social platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and social media channels.




- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, onboarding formalities, and joining follow-ups.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
