Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter (target based) at CB TEAM. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview stages with hiring managers.

The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for key positions, tracking recruitment metrics and targets, and aligning hiring efforts with organizational needs. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements, ensure a positive candidate experience, and meet defined hiring goals within agreed timelines.



Ongoing responsibilities include updating recruitment databases, preparing reports on hiring progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and working with target-based or performance-driven hiring goals.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, networks, and relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems (ATS), online job boards, professional networks, and digital recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple requisitions and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset to track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and adjust strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and self-motivation.
- Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist; experience in target-based roles is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
