We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Executives .
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources .
You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements shared by clients and Account Managers.
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels .
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Explain job opportunities, company details, roles, salary structure, and work locations to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update profiles in the ATS/Recruitment Database .
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
- Support the team in achieving monthly recruitment and joining targets.
Who We Are Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone calls.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR will be an advantage.
- Good internet research and candidate sourcing skills.
- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and robust follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
