Tech Rajendra is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter specializing in Banking Recruitment to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time, in office position that offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in recruitment within the Banking and Mortgage industry.
As a Recruiter at Tech Rajendra, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for banking and mortgage roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for banking and mortgage positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Post job openings on various job boards and recruitment platforms
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified banking professionals
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding processes
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand staffing needs
- Stay updated on banking and mortgage industry trends and hiring practices
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of banking and mortgage industry roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate screening
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Preferred: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
