Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across PAN India.

- Understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities from Business Heads, Hiring Managers and HRBPs.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, agencies and other relevant channels.

- Screen candidates based on experience, functional skills, compensation, location and role fit.

- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection and offer discussions.

- Drive candidates through the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing to joining.

- Maintain solid candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure timely interview feedback and closure of open positions.

- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions,



notice-period negotiations and joining commitments.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates and MIS reports.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical Financial Services positions.

- Identify market talent trends, salary benchmarks and availability of relevant talent across locations.

- Coordinate with HR Operations and other stakeholders for smooth onboarding and joining.

- Track offer-to-join conversion and proactively manage dropouts through backup hiring.

- Support recruitment strategy and process improvement initiatives for the Financial Services business.
