Role Description The Recruiter role at SCALE Healthcare (India) is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. In this role, the Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various functions within the company.

The Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job profiles, and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive recruitment process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines,



updating applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, and providing timely communication and feedback to candidates. The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, assist with onboarding activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and metrics.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination for a variety of roles.
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers on role definitions, job descriptions, and structured selection processes.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR documentation and reporting.
- Robust communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices, non-discriminatory recruitment, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; relevant recruitment experience in healthcare or services sectors is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate closely with India and global teams.
