The Recovery Agent (Bajaj – Chennai portfolio) at Linus Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for managing and executing debt recovery activities for assigned customer accounts. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves daily interaction with customers to negotiate payment plans, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

The role includes reviewing account status, analyzing payment behavior, documenting all communication and actions taken, and escalating complex cases to the finance or legal teams as needed.

The Recovery

Agent will coordinate with internal departments to resolve disputes, update collection records in company systems, and prepare regular reports on recovery performance. The position requires adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical collection practices while maintaining a qualified and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications
