We are looking for a Recruiter with strong experience in hiring across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management. The Ideal candidate will have a good undersatnding of financial services, talent pools, comfortable working on multiple mandates simultaneously, and have the ability to identify, engage and close quality candidates within the defined timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, Linkedin, Referrals and other channels.
- Maintain and update tracker and ATS maintainence
- Track recruitment metrics and proactively highlight challenges & bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with RPO/ Agencies/ Search/firms will be preferred.
- Good Communication Skills
