About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Gym Receptionist with prior experience in the fitness or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors and will play an important role in creating a welcoming, qualified gym experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist members, visitors, and walk-in enquiries professionally.

Handle membership enquiries, registrations, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.

Explain membership plans, packages, offers, and gym facilities to prospective members.

Follow up with leads, enquiries, and expired memberships to support sales and retention.

Manage front-desk operations, calls, WhatsApp enquiries.

Maintain accurate member records and update membership information.

Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.

Handle payments, receipts, and basic billing-related activities.

Address member queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.





Support daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience.

Requirements

1 year of experience as a Gym Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Executive, or similar role.

Previous experience in a gym, fitness studio, wellness centre, or hospitality industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM/software systems.

Good sales and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends
