Position: Receptionist cum Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Receptionist cum Telecaller to handle front-office activities, incoming calls, customer enquiries, and follow-ups for our construction and real-estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and manage incoming calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Explain company projects, properties, and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule customer appointments and site visits.
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors at the office.
- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team.
- Update daily call and follow-up reports.
- Handle basic office and front-desk administrative activities.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.




- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Qualification:

- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, receptionist, real estate, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Basic MS Office / computer knowledge.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
