Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and greet walk-in visitors professionally. Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with clients. Schedule appointments and maintain records.
Coordinate with internal teams and support daily office operations. Maintain reception area and administrative documentation. ✅ Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
