Real Estate Telecaller

AV Square Realty is looking for motivated, confident, and communication-focused Real Estate Telecallers to join our team.

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and property leads.
- Follow up with leads received through online and offline sources.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Explain property projects, locations, and basic investment details.
- Generate qualified leads and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer and lead information and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Work towards achieving calling, lead generation, and site visit targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.




- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates from any skilled background with good communication skills are welcome.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships with clients.
