Role Description The Real Estate Team Leader with Team (45k–75k) at Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role involves leading and mentoring a real estate team to achieve sales targets, manage pipelines, and ensure high-quality client service across residential and commercial transactions.

The Team

Leader will oversee brokerage activities, guide the team in property sourcing and negotiations, and support clients through the complete transaction lifecycle.



Daily responsibilities include setting team goals, monitoring performance, coordinating site visits, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. The role also requires collaboration with management on strategy, market analysis, and process improvements to drive growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including client engagement, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Hands-on experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate, with knowledge of local market trends.
- Proven Team Management and Team Leadership skills to build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Sound understanding of residential and commercial property transactions, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate are an advantage.
- Prior experience in leading teams within real estate or related industries is highly preferred.
