About the Role

Serenity Infra is looking for energetic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executives with a strong understanding of the Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate market .

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and client-handling skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.
- Negotiate effectively and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Stay updated on Gurgaon real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, inventory, and market developments.




- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/Gurugram property market .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in handling customers over calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to manage leads independently from initial inquiry to closure.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM and digital leads will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in luxury residential, new launches, investment properties, or commercial real estate will be preferred.
