Pvt. Ltd. is a leading real estate developer and consultancy firm in Patna. Based out of our central office near Dakbangla Chowraha, we specialize in high-growth residential and commercial land plots across prime regions in Bihar. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated sales professionals to partner with us as Real Estate Consultants.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Proactively source, prospect, and engage potential land buyers across Patna and surrounding regions using local networking, tele-calling, and digital outreach.

Client

Tele-Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, present company projects, address queries, and schedule site appointments.

Site Visits: Conduct guided site tours for clients to showcase plot locations, layout plans, nearby infrastructure, and project highlights. Deal Closure & Relationship Management: Assist buyers through negotiations,



legal/documentation walkthroughs, and deal closures to ensure a smooth purchasing process.

What We Offer High Commission Payouts: Uncapped earning structure offering over 7% commission per plot closure.

Prime Location: Work from our conveniently located hub at Dakbangla Chowraha, Patna. Growth & Support: Complete inventory training, project collateral, and marketing material provided by Delcon Homes to help you close deals faster.

Requirements Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English). Prior experience in real estate plot sales, direct sales, or financial services is preferred (freshers with strong networking skills are also welcome). Familiarity with the Patna real estate market and surrounding development zones. Willingness to conduct on-field site visits with prospective clients. Own vehicle (two-wheeler) for local movement and site visits preferred.

Pay: ₹11,236.61 - ₹60,827.00 per month
