Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Call Agent role based in Ludhiana.

The Real Estate Call

Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to property inquiries, and provide accurate information on listings, pricing, and availability. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, scheduling site visits or appointments for sales agents, maintaining call logs and lead databases, and following up with prospective clients. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and property management teams, addressing basic customer concerns,



and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and the company.

The Real Estate Call

Agent is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Qualifications

- Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain one, with a solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property concepts.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional phone etiquette.
- Sales abilities, such as lead qualification, basic negotiation, and follow-up to support property transactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage high call volumes, and maintain accurate records in CRM or call management tools.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software; prior experience in real estate, telesales, or call center environments is an advantage.
- Comfort communicating in English and local languages; strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
