About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our Chennai team as Real Estate Agents.

This is a commission-based opportunity suited for people who enjoy working with clients, building relationships, developing business, and taking ownership of their results.

You will work closely with clients and property owners to facilitate residential and commercial real estate transactions from initial enquiry through closure.

Key Responsibilities• Generate new leads and develop client relationships

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable properties
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct property visits and client meetings
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners




- Stay updated on Chennai's real estate market and property trends
- Negotiate and facilitate transactions
- Maintain accurate client and property information using CRM tools
- Provide timely follow-ups and support throughout the transaction
- Work independently towards business and revenue goals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain a professional network
- Familiarity with the Chennai real estate market is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage
