GREC INFRA, a premium real estate advisory firm in Gurugram, is looking for a confident, articulate and driven Associate to join our team.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate, client engagement and business development while working closely with our advisory team.

What you’ll do

- Engage with prospective buyers, sellers and business enquiries
- Understand requirements and qualify opportunities
- Manage follow-ups and maintain client & property data
- Coordinate meetings and site visits
- Support the advisory team in managing active opportunities

What we’re looking for

- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Professional and confident on calls and with clients
- Basic real estate knowledge or a genuine interest in the industry
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Organised,



disciplined and willing to learn
- Freshers with the right aptitude are welcome

Compensation

- Up to ₹20,000/month, depending on profile and experience
- Performance-based incentives on successfully converted business generated through your efforts
