Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of user-facing features using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and reusable component architecture.
- Build and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs using Node.js, ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive end-to-end delivery: requirements clarification, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment support, and post-release improvements.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members to improve quality and delivery velocity.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to translate business needs into technical solutions and well-scoped deliverables.
- Optimize application performance across the stack, including front-end rendering, API latency, and overall responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes and monitoring improvements.
- Contribute to technical planning, estimation, and sprint execution while managing dependencies and risks proactively.

Minimum

Qualifications:

- BTECH/BCA/MCA/MTECH (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




- 5–9 years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and Node.js.
- Robust proficiency in JavaScript, including modern ES standards and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Experience building production-grade web applications with clean architecture, maintainable code, and strong testing practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and guide implementation decisions within a team.

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience with React ecosystem patterns such as Hooks, state management, and scalable component design systems.
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
- Familiarity with Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js) and middleware patterns for authentication, validation, and error handling.
- Experience with testing frameworks for front-end and back-end, and driving quality through automation and CI practices.
- Exposure to performance tuning, caching strategies, and improving reliability through logging/monitoring and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated ownership of modules/features and ability to mentor developers through complex problem-solving and delivery execution.
