- 8+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Redux for state management, including Redux Toolkit, Redux-Saga, Redux-Thunk, middleware, selectors, and normalization patterns.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Proven experience architecting and developing large-scale, component-based front-end applications.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable, and high-performance React applications.
- Own front-end technical decisions related to component architecture, code structure, performance optimization, scalability, and state management.
- Establish and enforce front-end coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data flows.
- Hands-on experience with contemporary build tools such as Webpack and Vite.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
- Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks,



and rendering issues.
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and guiding front-end engineering teams, including technical design discussions and pairing sessions.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern front-end tooling and best practices, including component libraries, design systems, and testing frameworks.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
- Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development productivity and velocity.
- Experience with Next.js or other React meta-frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures is preferred.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms is preferred.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries, including Storybook, is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code within the SDLC is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with distributed/global teams, including teams operating across US time zones (PST/CST/EST), is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
