- Design and architect scalable frontend applications using React.js
- Lead frontend development initiatives and define best practices
- Build reusable components and frontend libraries
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs
- Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment processes
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
Technical Requirements Must-Have:
- 7+ years of frontend development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
- Deep understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or Context API)
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, or styled-components
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Experience with Git-based workflows
