We are looking for a Rapid Store Operations Manager / Assistant Manager with strong experience in Quick Commerce and Dark Store Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, order fulfillment, inventory, delivery executives and last-mile delivery activities while ensuring operational SLAs and customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Dark Store / Rapid Store operations.
- Manage order fulfillment, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Manage Last-Mile Delivery Operations and delivery executives.
- Monitor delivery TAT, SLA, productivity and operational performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock movement.
- Manage manpower and allocate work according to operational requirements.
- Monitor store-level operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, customer service and other stakeholders.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.
- Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
- Quick Commerce experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Dark Store / Rapid Store Operations is mandatory.
- Exposure to Last-Mile Delivery Operations is mandatory.
- Experience managing Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners / Courier Boys.
- 5–10 years of relevant operational experience.
- Experience with WMS / OMS.
- Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment.




- Experience working in an SLA-driven logistics/e-commerce setting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS.
- Strong people-management and communication skills.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR / Mumbai.
