Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Raw Material Procurement Executive to manage the timely procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging materials, and other production-related materials for third-party/contract manufacturing operations.

The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase order processing, price negotiation, material availability, inventory planning, and ensuring timely delivery of approved materials while maintaining quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:





- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging materials.
- Understanding of procurement processes in the pharmaceutical/third-party manufacturing industry.
- Strong vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/purchase software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and deadlines.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality documentation will be an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with Purchase, QA, QC, Production, Planning, Stores, Accounts, and Sales/Business Development teams.

Educational Qualification : Any graduate with relevant pharmaceutical procurement experience may also be considered.

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical procurement/purchase, preferably in third-party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, formulation, or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
