Role Description The Quick Commerce Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for optimizing and managing rapid-order and delivery operations across D2C marketplaces and digital channels. This role involves monitoring and improving quick commerce performance metrics, analyzing customer behavior, and ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are aligned with business objectives.

Daily tasks include coordinating with customer service for order-related queries, identifying operational bottlenecks, and recommending data-driven solutions to improve speed, reliability, and profitability. The role also requires staying current with quick commerce trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge for client brands.

- Candidates should possess strong commerce-related skills, including understanding of D2C models, online marketplaces, and quick commerce workflows.
