- Manage quantity surveying, cost estimation, and commercial management for MEP works in Data Centre construction projects.

- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP packages.

- Handle contractor/subcontractor billing, including measurement verification, RA bills, certification, reconciliation and payment recommendations.

- Review variation orders, extra items, change orders, and claims, ensuring proper commercial evaluation and documentation.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasted expenditure against approved budgets.

- Verify material reconciliation, wastage, consumption, and site measurements with project and construction teams.

- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts and Finance teams for commercial and billing activities.

- Review subcontractor work orders, BOQ, rates, scope and contractual terms and ensure compliance.

- Maintain accurate quantity, billing, variation and cost-control records and prepare regular commercial reports.

- Support final account settlement and project close-out, including reconciliation of quantities, variations and outstanding claims.
