Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Haryana, India, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost planning, cost control, and management of project budgets.
Responsibilities include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), analyzing and reporting project costs, and ensuring financial efficiency through cost monitoring during various project phases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience with Bills of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and management
- Strong skills in Cost Reporting and project budget analysis
- Attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with accuracy
- Knowledge of project management and construction industry practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in quantity surveying
