About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer to handle project cost estimation, material takeoffs, subcontractor billing, and client payment certification for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), preliminary cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documentation based on structural drawings.
- Verify physical measurement records at project sites and process running account (RA) bills for contractors and sub-vendors.
- Prepare and present monthly client billing calculations, tracking payment schedules and work completed.
- Audit on-site construction material usage,



compare actual consumption against estimated BOQs, and flag cost variations.
- Reconcile contractor claims, extra work orders, and final settlement accounts upon project completion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of direct experience in quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing in civil construction.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced formulas), and estimation/costing tools.
- Familiarity with IS measurement codes and contract conditions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
