- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including estimation, billing, and contractor/subcontractor billing.
- Analyze rates from various sources to prepare rate analysis reports.
- Ensure accurate client billing by verifying quantities against drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering or quantity surveying with expertise in BOQ preparation, bill of quantities, billing, estimation, quantity analysis, rate analysis, subcontractor billing, and contractor billing.
- Robust understanding of building materials and their applications in construction projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in quantity estimations.
