Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO documentation, IATF standards, and customer requirements.

- Manage supplier quality management processes to maintain high-quality raw materials and products.

- Develop and implement effective inspection procedures for extrusion processing, including visual testing and non-destructive testing (NDT).

- Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement in process quality control and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Review customer complaints reports to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field with expertise in BOPP industry.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering (e.g., B.Tech) or Science (e.g., MSc).

- Robust understanding of Quality Management principles, ISO documentation, IATF standards, Extrusion Process knowledge.
