Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance across our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing quality control processes, implementing quality assurance systems, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks at various production stages
- Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to improve quality
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and quality records




- Train and guide staff on quality standards and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 3–7 years of experience in quality control/assurance (preferably in manufacturing)
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid leadership and communication abilities

Working Conditions:

- Full-time role
- Based at plant/office location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
