- Inspect wire coils (incoming, in-process and finished) as per defined quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformities and take necessary action.
- Use measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) to check dimensions and quality parameters.
- Maintain inspection records and documentation accurately.
- Support process improvement and reduce quality issues.
- Work closely with production, maintenance and quality team for smooth operations.
Skills:
- ITI/Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial/related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality inspection (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic quality tools.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow standard procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
