Inspect automotive components as per quality standards and specifications. Perform in-process and final inspection of plastic parts. Identify defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, dimensional issues, and molding defects.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, etc. Maintain inspection and quality records. Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and SOPs. Report quality issues to the Supervisor/Quality Engineer.
Support sorting, rework, and rejection activities. Follow all safety and quality procedures at the workplace.
