- Perform dimensional inspection of components using precision measuring instruments.
- Operate CMM, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges and other metrology equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; and technical specifications.
- Conduct first article, in-process and final inspections.
- Prepare dimensional inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with production and quality teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Metrology, CMM and GD&T.;
- Experience in precision measurement and dimensional inspection.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use inspection instruments.
- Knowledge of quality documentation and inspection procedures.
